NEWS: THE COPE CONCEPT

COPE is a stress-preventing coping course consisting of, among other things, a stress lecture, a hike in Norway's mountains, personal coaching sessions and feedback to the workplace - all with a focus on personal development and tools to achieve the peace of mind and body that can ensure a long-lasting, sustainable working life .


The next COPE course begins in September 2024.

LEADERSHIP CONSULTING

- is a practice where a manager meets with an experienced manager to discuss challenges, strategies and opportunities in leadership.

The goal is to give the manager a safe and reflective space to develop and strengthen management skills.

LEADERSHIP MENTORING

– consists of an experienced manager, mentor, who guides and supports a less experienced manager, mentee. The mentor shares his expertise, provides advice and feedback, and helps develop and strengthen the mentee's leadership skills and career.

LEADERSHIP COACHING

– involves a professional coach working with a manager to strengthen their leadership skills, self-awareness and performance. Through conversations, exercises and feedback, the coach helps the leader achieve goals, tackle challenges and maximize leadership potential.

ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

In organizational development projects, clear communication and change management are paramount to success, and therefore it is important to be fully aware of ensuring professional implementation of the activities required to achieve the project's vision and goals.

LEADERSHIP CONSULTING 

It is natural that doubt sets in, in situations where major organizational changes is to be implemented. This can make you insecure and result in you not being able to act.


The job as a manager can sometimes be associated with loneliness, overthinking and a lack of sparring and feedback on your management style.

I can help with sparring and advice, where we can reflect together, so that you are qualified to act on what you are facing.

LEADERSHIP MENTORING

As a new manager or manager in a new job, the tasks and managerial decisions that land on your desk can seem overwhelming. You have been assigned a responsibility and goals that must be met, while at the same time you must create a relationship with employees and colleagues. I have experience with this from my management jobs, and I am therefore ready as a mentor for you, who sometimes find it all new and confusing. We will get on top on that.


A mentoring process will typically extend over approximately six months.

It is a combination of fixed appointments and the opportunity to contact me if you need a good advice.

LEADERSHIP COACHING

In coaching, the basic idea is that you, as a manager, have the mental resources you need to create change and solve the challenges you face.


We are all driven by our core values, and as a coach, I want to help you find exactly your values and ensure that they are brought into play in the actions you take.


The value in coaching is created in the process that happens to you between sessions, and therefore you will be given tasks to work on between the sessions.


As a starting point, a coaching process will be divided into five sessions over approximately four months. I recommend that we meet physically at your workplace, possibly combined with online sessions.
