Dates for the next COPE course are coming
We live in a society where many people experience poor well-being, which can be rooted in technological dependence, a poor working environment, minimal physical activity and high social expectations. This dissatisfaction has both consequences for the economy and for the individual's physical and mental health.
Many experience being affected by stress and unfortunately have to leave the labor market for a period. In the treatment of stress, there has often been a one-sided focus on the stressed person and on symptom treatment. The context in which the stress has arisen has often not been looked at. But it is important that the cause of stress is determined and addressed so that the stress does not develop into depression.
Therefore, CoreValues is now introducing the concept of COPE – a holistic and innovative approach to stress reduction and well-being that combines the tranquility of the wilderness with physical activity, value clarification, psychological knowledge and feedback for the workplace:

COPE comes from the word "coping".
It is the process or strategy used to cope or handle difficult situations.
The COPE concept consists of
participants from several companies, where each participant has his/her own individual process with conversations and coaching and at the same time also participates in the joint course with the other participants.
The COPE concept is tailored to an individual company, where each participant has his/her own individual process with conversations and coaching and at the same time also participates in the joint course with the others participants.
The COPE concept is tailored to a single participant going through an intensive process.
The standard course is aimed at participants from several companies, and the content and context follows the same plan from time to time. The hike itself takes place in the mountains of southern Norway. During the hike, work is done to formulate the personal objective, which is subsequently the focal point for the the individual process. The individual sessions takes place via Teams or as walk-and-talk in East Jutland.
On the standard course, you meet your fellow students and thus get a unique opportunity to strengthen your personal network. At COPE, there are 2-6 participants on each course, and there is therefore plenty of time to work with the challenges that the individual has to face. There is complete confidentiality in the group.
